Накіраваць зварот у Міністэрства антыманапольнага рэгулявання і гандлю Рэспублікі Беларусь можна наступнымі спосабамі:

пісьмовы зварот - на паштовы адрас міністэрства: 220030, г. Мінск, вул. Кірава, 8, корп. 1;

электронны зварот – з 2 студзеня 2023 г. з дапамогай дзяржаўнай адзінай (інтэграванай) рэспубліканскай інфармацыйнай сістэмы ўліку і апрацоўкі зваротаў грамадзян і юрыдычных асоб (сістэма ўліку і апрацоўкі зваротаў) https://обращения.бел (Закон Рэспублікі Беларусь ад 18 ліпеня 2011 г. № 300-З "Аб зваротах грамадзян і юрыдычных асоб" (рэд. ад 28.06.2022).

Электронныя звароты грамадзян, у тым ліку індывідуальных прадпрымальнікаў, і юрыдычных асоб у Міністэрстве антыманапольнага рэгулявання і гандлю разглядаюцца ў адпаведнасці з патрабаваннямі Закона Рэспублікі Беларусь ад 18 ліпеня 2011 года «Аб зваротах грамадзян і юрыдычных асоб»..

Адказ на зварот або рашэнне аб пакіданні звароту без разгляду па сутнасці могуць быць абскарджаны заяўнікам у парадку, устаноўленым артыкулам 20 Закона Рэспублікі Беларусь ад 18 ліпеня 2011 г. № 300-З "Аб зваротах грамадзян і юрыдычных асоб".
