    У сувязі з тым, што з 24 красавіка 2019 г. страціў сілу Указ Прэзідэнта Рэспублікі Беларусь ад 23 кастрычніка 2012 г. №488 «Аб некаторых мерах па папярэджанні незаконнай мінімізацыі сум падатковых абавязацельстваў» Міністэрства антыманапольнага рэгулявання і гандлю Рэспублікі Беларусь (МАРГ) падрыхтавала тлумачэнне аб патрабаваннях да складу ўдзельнікаў у частцы абмежавання ўдзелу ў працэдурах дзяржаўных закупак юрыдычных або фізічных асоб, у тым ліку індывідуальных прадпрымальнікаў (ліст МАРГ ад 11.05.2009 №14-01-06 /1396 К).
