Cooperation with the Romanian Competition Council – “Consiliul Concurenţei”
The Memorandum of cooperation in the field of competition policy between the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus and the the Romanian Competition Council – “Consiliul Concurenţei” was signed on November 13, 2019 within the framework of the International Conference "Development of Competition in Industry Markets: Theoretical and Practical Aspects" (November 13 – 14, 2019, Minsk).
The Memorandum is aimed at activating cooperation between the parties, facilitating the exchange of experience and non-confidential information, including the cases of antimonopoly violations, by holding meetings and consultations, organizing training trips, participating in international conferences, symposiums, seminars and other events.
This document makes it possible to exchange experience in antimonopoly regulation in the field of public procurement and pharmaceuticals.
