Cooperation with the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia

The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus and the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia signed the Memorandum on Cooperation in the field of Competition Policy within the framework of the 48th Meeting of the Interstate Council for Antimonopoly Policy in Minsk on May 30, 2018.

The Memorandum is a legal basis for enhancing and strengthening cooperation between these two agencies and for stimulating mutually beneficial cooperation. In addition, this document is aimed at enhancing the exchange of experience in the field of considering violations of the antimonopoly law, competition advocacy, cooperation with the antimonopoly bodies of other countries and state authorities and in other fields, as well as at enhancing the exchange of non-confidential information in the field of competition policy.
