We invite you to public discussion of the draft resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade "On changing the resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus." dated June 28, 2017 No. 33"

A draft resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus dated June 28, 2017 No. 33" was submitted for public discussion, which will improve the procedure for forming and maintaining a register of suppliers (contractors, executors) temporarily not allowed to purchases, taking into account the practice of applying the norms of legislation.

Among other things, additional grounds are established for early exclusion, cases when inclusion in the register is not made, and the possibility of including a person in the register is established not only on the basis of the application of the customer (organizer), but also on the basis of information provided by the controlling (supervisors) and ( or) law enforcement agencies, courts.
